“Dolphin Encounter” Shallow Water Interactions Dolphin Bay

Enjoy an unforgettable experience during an Atlantis Dolphin Encounter (Shallow Water Interaction) at Dolphin Bay. Wade into waist-high crystal clear waters and enter the intriguing and playful world of our dolphins, watch as they show off some of their favorite skills. Then come nose to bottlenose for an up-close experience as you touch, hug and even kiss your new dolphin friend.

Enjoy an up close and personal meeting with one of our dolphins. Touching, hugging, holding ‘hands’ and playing ball are some of the activities guests can experience during this interaction.

• Limited to just 10 guests per dolphin
• Open to all ages and suitable for non-swimmers. The program occurs entirely in shallow water, there is no trading water component.
• Program begins with check in and changing for up to 30mins, 15 minutes orientation where there would be an informative presentation on Dolphin behavior, physiology, importance of marine conservation and the safety requirements for your interaction and 30 minutes in the water.
• Wetsuits, towels and lockers are provided throughout the experience at the Dolphin Bay.
  (For Non Resident Guests who would like to spend the rest of the day in Aquaventure, towels and lockers are for rent and are available on a nominal fee at Ticketing Plaza)
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Maximum 3 children per 1 adult
• Refreshment (non alcoholic) after the program provided.
• For nonresident guest access to the Aquaventure and Private Beach is complimentary. Filming or taking video of any kind is not permitted at Dolphin Bay.
• Guests with cameras are not allowed in the water at any time.

“Dolphin Adventure” Deep Water Interactions Dolphin Bay

Join our dolphins in the deeper waters of our lagoon for this intimate experience, a one-of-a-kind dolphin experience waits at Dolphin Bay. Journey into the centre our lagoon alongside a dolphin and enjoy the thrill of our signature belly-ride back to the shore. Guests will be able to come face to face with a dolphin in the deeper waters of our lagoons. Here, they will be able kiss, hug and even dance with one of our Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins.

• Limited to just 8 guests per dolphin.
• Open for 8 years old and above.
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• All participants must be confident swimmers.
• Program begins with check in and changing for up to 30mins, 15 minutes orientation where there would be an informative presentation on Dolphin behavior, physiology, importance of marine conservation and the safety requirements for your interaction and 30 minutes in the water.
• Wetsuits, towels and lockers are provided throughout the experience at the Dolphin Bay.

The safety of our guests and dolphins is our number one priority.

Here are a few key rules to make sure everyone (including our dolphins) have a great time!

• Jewellery, watches, hair accessories, hats, sunglasses and loose articles are not permitted in the water.
• We provide all guests with either a wet suit or swim vest for their interaction; you will wear your swim suit underneath. All guests are required to wear either a wet suit or swim vest during their program. For the safety of our animals, we cannot allow you to wear your personal wet suits.
• Cameras are not allowed in the water. However, we do provide a photographer throughout the interaction. Plus we also offer an Observer Pass which allows your friends and family to capture photos from the safety of the beach.
• Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the interaction itself.
• It is very important you arrive at your scheduled time. We are not able to provide a refund or reschedule you if you do not arrive on time.

Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling*

• Full refund if reservation is cancelled 72 hours or more prior to scheduled event.
• 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 48 hours outside the scheduled event.
• 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled event.
• No shows are charged 100% of their reservation amount.
• Programs are not cancelled due to inclement weather.
